What we're looking for

• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in technology consulting, digital transformation, or enterprise architecture.

• Minimum 5 years leading technological or transformation programs for large organizations.

• Experience leading AI architecture, Generative AI, or artificial intelligence platform initiatives for enterprise clients.

• Experience in defining enterprise cloud architectures on Microsoft Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud Platform.

• Experience in designing solutions based on Large Language Models (LLM), Generative AI, and AI Agents.

• Experience in building technological business cases, cost-benefit analysis, and investment analysis.

The role

We are looking for an AI Architecture Director to join the Digital Core area within our Product practice. The selected individual will lead AI-based transformation initiatives for clients in the Retail, Consumer, Travel, and Industrial sectors, combining technical capabilities, strategic vision, and executive communication.

This is an opportunity to participate in the construction and growth of an AI practice with great projection, collaborating with some of the most relevant clients in the market and leading complex technological transformation programs based on artificial intelligence. What you'll do

• Lead AI transformation programs for large Retail, Consumer, Travel, and Industrial clients.

• Design enterprise AI architectures including cloud platforms, data models, corporate integrations, and Generative AI solutions.

• Define AI operating models, adoption strategies, data governance, and scalability of AI capabilities within organizations.

• Build AI business cases quantifying economic impact, operational efficiency, return on investment, and prioritization of initiatives.

• Define artificial intelligence enterprise architectures aligned with business objectives and technological strategy.

• Evaluate and select AI platforms, cloud services, and technological ecosystems for complex enterprise environments.

• Lead multidisciplinary teams composed of architects, consultants, data specialists, and AI engineers.

• Present technical and strategic proposals to steering committees and executive stakeholders.

• Design Generative AI initiatives, intelligent agents, and advanced automation of corporate processes.

• Drive digital transformation programs based on artificial intelligence from strategic definition to execution.

• Contribute to commercial growth through the identification of opportunities and development of value propositions for clients.
