Junior Application Developer & Document Management Specialist

We are looking for a professional with initial experience in document management platforms and .NET application development to join the Document Management and Applications team at Técnicas Reunidas.
The selected person will participate in the functional administration and user support of the corporate document management platforms based on OpenText Documentum (webtop and D2 SmartView), collaborating on the evolution of the corporate applications that interact with said document repositories.
The position combines functional and technical support activities, evolutionary maintenance, and .NET web application development, with a clear orientation toward process digitalization, workflow automation, and the incorporation of Artificial Intelligence technologies oriented toward the management and exploitation of corporate knowledge.

Main Responsibilities
Document Support and Management
• Provide first-level functional support to business users on Documentum platforms.
• Analyze and resolve functional and technical incidents related to document management.
• Participate in the configuration and evolution of corporate document repositories.
• Collaborate in administration activities.
• Prepare functional documentation, manuals, and training materials for users.
Application Development and Integration
• Participate in the evolutionary and corrective maintenance of applications developed in .NET technology.
• Develop new functionalities for applications integrated with corporate document managers.
• Implement and maintain integrations through APIs and web services.
• Collaborate in digitalization and workflow automation projects based on documents.
• Perform functional and technical testing, as well as post-implementation support activities.
Artificial Intelligence and Knowledge Management
• Collaborate in AI application initiatives on corporate document repositories.
• Participate in projects for the exploitation of business information and knowledge through AI models.
• Support the preparation, classification, and structuring of documentary information for generative AI use cases.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of tools oriented toward semantic search, intelligent assistants, and corporate knowledge management.
