You will ensure the provision of support and functionality in the IT processes and applications that serve the incentive payment and commercial settlement units of the commercial service and distribution channels.
You will work on the continuous review of these processes to identify efficiencies and possible automations in data ingestion, information processing, data presentation and analysis, and output generation, ensuring their future sustainability.
What you'll do
- Provide support and maintenance to the processes, databases, and applications that serve the commercial settlements and incentives unit.
- Manage the demand for new evolutions and corrections, analyzing their impact and proposing solutions that take into account the security policies and the existing architecture in the governance unit and at Telefónica.
- Proactively seek new ways of working that translate into substantial improvements in efficiency, sustainability of the implemented tools, and simplification of resources.
- Adapt the architecture and technology used to the requirements established by the governance unit and by the different security and systems units of Telefónica.
- Apply artificial intelligence tools to improve the current processes of the unit, including incident detection, reduction of development times, task automation, agent development, information ingestion, and output generation.
