Automation Project Manager

• Higher Degree in Electricity and Electronics or Engineering in Electronics, Electricity, Computer Science, Telecommunications, or similar.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar position, in sectors such as automotive, food, metal, pharmaceutical, among others.
• Experience in industrial integrator environments, working on complex projects with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience in managing large-scale projects (between €500K and €5M).
• Knowledge in the management and implementation of turnkey projects (electrical design, PLC programming, SCADA, AGVs, industrial robotics, etc.).
• Experience in subcontractor management and coordination of mixed teams (internal and external).
• Experience in direct communication with clients, understanding their needs and conveying them to the technical team.
• Experience in implementations within production environments, such as manufacturing lines, AGV systems, and industrial plant solutions.
• Experience in project management: work coordination, requirement gathering, task planning, preparation of minutes, billing control, and client follow-up on project progress.
• Proactive person with a desire to work in a team and to grow in a demanding environment.

We are looking for a Project Manager to join the industrial automation department.

• You will participate in top-level projects in the industrial field with the most advanced technologies in automation and Industry 4.0. Additionally, you will collaborate with the digitalization area on hybrid projects (MES, WMS, Digital Twin...).
• You will manage the technical and economic aspects of the projects, including cost control, billing, and financial monitoring.
• You will lead the comprehensive project planning, ensuring compliance with milestones, deadlines, and quality.
• You will coordinate the internal technical team and subcontractors during the implementation of industrial solutions.
• You will perform project monitoring, guaranteeing correct execution in terms of time, cost, and quality, based on the requirements agreed upon in the commercial offer.
• You will act as the primary interlocutor with the client, ensuring fluid communication throughout the entire project cycle.
• You will perform internal coordination with the technical area in all those aspects necessary for the correct execution of the projects.
• You will prepare reporting on the progress status, incidents, and economic evolution of the projects for the Automation Manager.
• You will participate in the implementation of solutions in production environments, including manufacturing lines, AGVs, and industrial systems.
• You will generate new ideas/concepts for technological development and identify new business opportunities in the field of interest.
