• Extensive knowledge of 5G communications: 3GPP standard, multi-vendor private network deployment, RAN optimization, and RAN sharing.
• Knowledge of 6G communications trends, standardization evolution, and future associated technologies.
• Knowledge of microwave communications: equipment, configuration, monitoring tools, and integration with other communications networks, such as backhaul.
• Ability to configure IP network equipment from different manufacturers, such as Mikrotik, Cisco, or Nokia.
• Proficiency in ATOLL, a simulation tool used by Telefónica for coverage calculations.
• Technical knowledge of satellite communications regarding the payload, mainly NTN NR; architectures; space and terrestrial system components; relevant actors and their relationships.
• Proficiency in office software applications.
• Advanced knowledge of English, spoken and written.
• Programming in languages such as Python, Java, or C/C++.
• Proficiency in Microsoft collaborative tools.

• Experience leading 5G private network deployment projects for the Ministry of Defense.
• Experience leading projects related to satellite communications, mainly 5G NTN communications.
• Participation in 3GPP standardization working groups.

• University Master's degree in Telecommunications Engineering, Higher Telecommunications Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

To lead and execute military communications projects comprehensively, taking responsibility for the provision, operation, and support of projects within your scope and supporting, when appropriate, the services in the catalog of other Telefónica factories.

The supply, execution, and logistical support projects for specific 5G military communications and satellite, SATCOM, solutions will be your responsibility.

• Provide specialized technical support to sales and pre-sales in 5G and SATCOM projects for the Ministry of Defense.
• Perform technical supervision of 5G and satellite military communications projects throughout their entire life cycle from contract award: solution design, installation, configuration, commissioning, documentation, validation, training, and support.
• Guarantee project success, long-term customer satisfaction, and the achievement of economic and service objectives.
• Manage assigned resources, including technical and engineering personnel supporting execution, coordinating the functional tasks necessary for the successful achievement of each project.
• Coordinate the tasks that suppliers must perform and carry out their monitoring.
• Maintain a direct relationship with clients, acting as the main interlocutor to report on project status and resolve possible incidents during execution.
• Perform the economic management of the projects under your responsibility.
