What we're looking for

Required Academic Qualifications: minimum secondary education: High School Diploma / Higher Degree.
Minimum of 6 months of experience in Team Coordination, preferably in a public administration service (e.g., 010 (municipal information and procedures), 012 (regional information phone), Housing, Tax Agency, Social Services, etc.) whether in a contact center or on-site.
Advanced knowledge of Excel and the rest of the Microsoft Office Suite.
Strong communication skills. Ability to provide clear and constructive feedback. Active listening with both citizens and the team.
Mandatory Native-level Spanish and C1-level Catalan.
English is desirable.

Pay & benefits

What you'll get

3-month contract + permanent contract.
Schedule: 38.5 hours/week, Monday to Saturday from 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. (working only two Saturdays per month; when working on Saturday, Sunday off plus one additional weekday off)
Salary according to the collective bargaining agreement for contact center for a coordinator position at 38.5 hours/week: €18,467.43 gross/year (€1,538.95 gross/month)
Main workplace: Monumental office, Calle Sicilia 216 (may also need to provide coverage at the Sant Miquel office)

Supervise the daily operation of the team.
