The role
What you'll do

About the position
We are looking to hire a person to perform Administration and Contract Management functions within our Catalonia team.
The selected person will provide support to Management and the operations teams, participating in the administrative management of regulated parking contracts (blue zone/ORA) and maintaining a direct relationship with City Councils, clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
This is a dynamic and transversal position, which combines administrative tasks, purchasing management, HR support, customer and City Council service, document management, and support to Management.
REQUIREMENTS

Sobre el puesto
Buscamos incorporar una persona para desempeñar funciones de Administración y Gestión de Contratos dentro de nuestro equipo de Cataluña.
La persona seleccionada dará soporte a la Dirección y a los equipos de operaciones, participando en la gestión administrativa de contratos de estacionamiento regulado (zona azul/ORA) y manteniendo una relación directa con Ayuntamientos, clientes, proveedores y equipos internos.
Es una posición dinámica y transversal, que combina tareas administrativas, gestión de compras, apoyo a RRHH, atención a clientes y Ayuntamientos, gestión documental y soporte a la Dirección.
REQUISITOS
- Formación mínima de Bachillerato o FP Administrativo.
