We're looking for an Associate Account Executive to own the full sales cycle for small and medium-sized business (SMB) customers, from prospecting and qualifying leads through to closing deals and building lasting client relationships.
You'll work closely with teams across Tempo to understand what customers need, deliver tailored solutions, and help drive revenue growth.
Identify and engage potential SMB clients through outbound prospecting and inbound inquiries.
Run product demonstrations and consultative sales presentations that show clear value.
Manage your sales pipeline, track opportunities, and keep CRM records accurate.
Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to meet sales targets.
Build long-term client relationships that drive retention and upsell opportunities.
Partner with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding and customer success.
Stay up to date on industry trends, competitors, and market developments.
