The role

We are looking for a Labor Relations Administrator who will join the recruitment center of our Pamplona delegation.

Join us and help us transform the future of Human Resources.

What you'll do

Management of the recruitment process, registrations, terminations, accident management, sick leave, paid leave, vacation control, absenteeism control, among others for the delegations under their charge.
Monthly closing of the assigned delegation (requesting medical reports, recording attendance, invoicing, payroll, and incident resolution).
Support in the occupational risk prevention area, control of business activity coordination (CAE) platforms, control of work accidents, and training in preventive matters.

How you'll work

We offer full-time employment from Monday to Friday, from 9:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 18:00.
6 months + 6 months contract and permanent contract.
