At Temporing, we are seeking a Food Production Line Supervisor to join the team of an important pre-cooked food company located in Polígono Plaza.

Coordinating and supervising production on the food line to ensure compliance with quality and production standards.
Planning and organizing shifts, assigning tasks, and supervising line staff.
Controlling production parameters (yield, times, waste) and taking corrective actions to optimize processes.
Ensuring compliance with food safety regulations, hygiene, and occupational risk prevention in the area.
Training, motivating, and developing the team, conducting performance evaluations and proposing improvement plans.
Managing incidents, resolving technical issues, and coordinating with maintenance and quality departments.
Recording and preparing daily production reports, managing inventory, and tracking KPIs.
Collaborating on the implementation of continuous improvement initiatives and production efficiency projects.
Minimum of 2 years of prior experience in managing production lines in the food sector or a similar position.
Knowledge of food safety (APPCC/HACCP) and food hygiene regulations.
Leadership skills and experience in team management, with strong communication and conflict resolution abilities.
Results-oriented, organized, and able to work under pressure.
Availability to work rotating shifts (day/night, changing every 15 days), including daily availability and work on Saturdays and holidays.
Technical training (Vocational Training in Food Industries, Engineering, or similar) and knowledge of continuous improvement (Lean, 5S) will be valued.
