Line Manager

Important leading company in the Food sector in full growth and expansion, seeking to incorporate a Line Team Leader for its plant located in the Camp del Turia area.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

- Lead the line personnel
-Organize, execute, and control planned production
- Ensure product quality and traceability
- Ensure the correct functioning of the production line
- Analyze and report relevant information from each shift
- Collaboration with other teams in the proposal and development of improvements
- Optimize operational KPIs during the work shift

REQUIREMENTS

- 2 years of demonstrable previous experience in a similar position
- Ability to create a good working environment and teamwork
- Motivation to learn
- Passion for a job well done
- Self-demanding and a drive for self-improvement
- Management of stressful situations and unforeseen events
- Driver's license and own vehicle
