Previous experience in plastic extrusion or similar industrial processes (minimum 1 year valued).
Basic knowledge of interpreting technical data sheets and dimensional quality control.
Availability to work in intensive rotating shifts (6 days morning/4 days off, 6 days night/4 days off, and 6 days afternoon/4 days off; during the summer campaign they work 6+2 shifts) according to plant needs.
Responsibility, quality orientation, and ability to work in a team.

The role

From Temporing, we are selecting an extrusion operator for direct hire in a company located in Polinyà.

What you'll do

Operate extrusion and blowing machinery following established production procedures and standards.
Perform machine adjustments, mold changes, and process parameter settings to guarantee quality and performance.
Visually and through equipment control manufactured parts, detecting and recording non-conformities.
Perform basic maintenance tasks and cleaning of the machinery and the workstation.
