What we're looking for

- Education: High school diploma. Higher Degree in International Trade, Marketing, Transport and Logistics or similar.

- Basic skills: Microsoft Office package and English B2.
- Specific skills: International transport and logistics, communication skills, CMR knowledge, GDPR regulations, customs knowledge, ability to adapt to a work environment with people of different personalities and cultures, autonomy, and planning and organizational skills.
- Experience: 1 year
- Minimum on-the-job training period: 9 months

The role

What You Can Expect:

At Rhenus, we are looking for a direct load operator with experience in the logistics sector, for the Seville branch.

Their mission is to assist clients in finding suppliers and processing the necessary documentation to manage full loads to EU and non-EU countries.

What you'll do

Responsibilities

- Coordinating the reception of goods.

- Preparing shipping documentation.

- Managing and reviewing customs documentation when required.

- Provide support to the commercial team regarding goods and shipments.

- Providing customer support throughout the entire shipping process.

- Checking and updating information in the CRT.

- Closing shipping files.

- Resolving incidents.

- Carry out the compliance of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.

- Collect evidence of the effectiveness and compliance of assigned controls and procedures regarding Compliance.

Tasks

- Receive loading instructions.

- Coordinate the collection and loading of goods.

- Search for suppliers and send shipping conditions to the selected supplier.

- Prepare and manage the necessary documentation depending on the type of shipment and the goods to be transported.

- Track the shipment.

- Once the goods have been delivered, carry out the operational closing.

- Check costs and deviations and make the appropriate adjustments.

- Send the file to billing.

- Apply compliance procedures and controls. Periodically collect evidence of compliance with the assigned controls and procedures.
