Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Temporary contract, renewable, with the possibility of joining the permanent staff.
Full-time, Monday to Friday from 10:00-18:00.
Salary 11 euros gross per hour.

The role

At Temporing, we are selecting logistics administrative staff to join a logistics sector company located in the Vigo area.

What you'll do

Manage and update documentation related to the entry, exit, and dispatch of goods.
Register orders, delivery notes, and stock movements in the computer system.
Coordinate dispatches and deliveries with the warehouse team, carriers, and other departments.
Perform order tracking and resolve incidents related to transport or delivery.
Handle inquiries from customers and suppliers by telephone and email.
File and keep logistics documentation organized.
