About the role

At Temporing, we are selecting personnel to join as managers or second-in-command managers in companies in the food sector located in Tenerife North.

What you'll do

  • Organization and supervision of the production or warehouse team, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with daily objectives.

  • Coordination of production processes and quality control to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.

  • Shift management, resource planning, and attendance control of the staff under their supervision.

  • Receipt, verification, and supervision of storage and dispatch of goods (inventory management, rotation, and traceability).

  • Resolution of operational incidents and proposal of improvements in processes and procedures.

  • Collaboration with maintenance and occupational risk prevention to ensure safety in the workplace.

  • Recording and completing associated documentation (production reports, incidents, delivery notes, quality control).

What you'll get

  • Direct contract with the company.

  • Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the possibility of starting some days at 6:00 a.m. depending on the arrival of goods.

Requirements
