The company has two positions that operate under different production schedules:

• One position linked to packaging and labeling processes, with rotating morning, afternoon, and night shifts from Monday to Friday.
• One position linked to continuous production processes, with a rotating schedule from Monday to Sunday and rest days according to the roster.

We are looking for Production Shift Supervisors for an important food company located in Valladolid. We are looking for professionals with experience managing teams, coordinating productive activity, and ensuring compliance with quality, safety, and productivity objectives.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you will be in charge of coordinating and supervising the productive activity of your shift, ensuring the fulfillment of established objectives and promoting the continuous improvement of processes.Main responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise the production of the assigned shift.
• Guarantee compliance with production, quality, and food safety objectives.
• Organize and manage work teams, distributing tasks and supervising performance.
• Control productivity indicators, yields, and incidents, proposing corrective actions when necessary.
• Coordinate with the Quality, Maintenance, Logistics, and Planning departments to ensure the correct functioning of the plant.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, occupational risk prevention, and internal procedures.
• Participate actively in continuous improvement and process optimization initiatives.

• Availability to work on a rotating shift system.
