What you'll get

Direct contract with the company.
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., with the possibility of starting some days at 6:00 a.m. depending on the arrival of goods.
Salary €23,000 gross per year.

At Temporing, we are selecting personnel to join as managers or assistant managers in food sector companies located in South Tenerife (Playa San Juan).

What you'll do

Organization and supervision of the production or warehouse team, assigning tasks and ensuring compliance with daily objectives.
Coordination of production processes and quality control to ensure compliance with standards and deadlines.
Shift management, resource planning, and attendance control of the staff under their supervision.
Receipt, verification, and supervision of storage and dispatch of goods (inventory management, rotation, and traceability).
Resolution of operational incidents and proposal of improvements in processes and procedures.
Collaboration with maintenance and occupational risk prevention to ensure safety in the workplace.
Recording and completing associated documentation (production reports, incidents, delivery notes, quality control).

Requirements

Minimum previous experience of 1-2 years in a position as supervisor, assistant supervisor, team leader, or similar in industrial or logistics environments.
Knowledge/experience in the primary sector is valued.
Warehouse worker course is valued.
Any other preparation, direct or indirect.
Leadership skills, decision-making, and good communication with the team.
Basic computer skills (spreadsheet management and email).
Driving license B and food handler certificate.
Experience operating forklifts and/or training as a forklift operator is valued.
Training in occupational risk prevention (PRL) and quality management is valued.
Residence in Tenerife or nearby areas and availability for immediate start.
