The role

At OCN we are experts in high-value-added construction projects and we are looking for a Production Technician who will provide full support in the execution of one or more construction projects, as well as their technical and economic management. The work area will be Valencia South.

What you'll do

Monitoring compliance with quality, schedule, and economic objectives.
Production control and execution of works.
Assertive communication with transparency and efficiency.
Emotional intelligence.
Representation of the company with the client and the Site Manager.
Ability to handle hiring and approve purchases, reporting directly to the Site Manager.
Supervise the project scope and propose modifications.
Financial closings (certifications and monthly results reports).
Control of delivery notes and invoice management.
Review and analyze awarded projects. Go over contracts and budgets.
Implementation and initial site layout.
Prepare the technical-economic construction schedule and monitor its compliance and optimization.
Monitor the preparation and technical execution of the work, ensuring compliance with safety measures and quality requirements.
Sign off on material orders, budgets, and contractor contracts after review by the Site Manager.
Determine the necessary auxiliary means for the correct execution of the work together with the Site Manager.
Support the work of collaborators (site managers, foremen, supervisors...).
Measurement of piecework, on-site personnel management, and task assignment.
Maintain relationships with the company units involved in the execution of the work.
Prepare the monthly work certifications together with the Site Manager.

Commitment and dedication are essential, as well as adaptability to change, familiarity with working procedures, and a focus on objectives/quality/profitability.

Requirements

Degree in Technical Architecture. Candidates without experience will be considered.
Knowledge of project management software. Training in Lean Construction & Project Management.
