What you'll do
Handle technical inquiries and incidents from customers.
Diagnose faults and perform maintenance and repair tasks on equipment.
Configure and commission equipment.
Offer remote and on-site technical support, guiding users in the handling of systems.
Register interventions carried out and follow up on incidents until their resolution.
Coordinate with internal teams to guarantee an effective technical service.
Requirements
Customer orientation, analytical capacity, and problem-solving skills.
Organized, responsible person with the ability to work both autonomously and in a team.
