What you'll get

Location: Alcobendas

Schedule: Full-time

6-month contract due to workload accumulation

Schedule: M-Th 8:00-17:30 (with one hour for lunch); F: 8:00-15:00, which can be adapted in July and August. Working modality

Hybrid. 80% Teleworking 

Salary: 22,608 gross per year

What you'll do

Recording of invoices and other accounting tasks.

(Mass extraction of documentation

Requirements

 STUDIES: Vocational training in administration.

Accounting / administration experience.

Organized, proactive person with high confidentiality to provide administrative support.

Microsoft Office advanced level (Excel, Powerpoint and Word).

SAP FI knowledge is highly valued

English Intermediate Level (B2)
