What you'll get
- Afternoon shift from 14:00 to 22:00.
- Working days from Monday to Sunday (with 2 consecutive days off).
- The first 2/3 weeks of onboarding will be an adaptation period, so there will be a shift from 9:30 to 18:00 with 1 hour for lunch, Monday to Friday.
- Salary: €26,000 gross per year.

The role
At TEMPS, we are looking for a TEAM LEADER for the Warehouse to cover the AFTERNOON SHIFT at a major logistics company located in the Alcalá de Henares area.
What you'll do
- Coordination of the different warehouse areas.
- Management, organization, and supervision of the work team.
- Monitoring of daily operations.
- Analysis of results and preparation of activity, productivity, and continuous improvement reports.
- Optimization of logistics processes and proposal of actions to improve operational efficiency.
- Control and monitoring of the area's KPIs.
- Supervision of compliance with quality, environmental, order, and cleanliness standards in the warehouse.
- Guaranteeing compliance with internal procedures and occupational risk prevention. Communication and management of operational incidents to ensure service continuity.
REQUIREMENTS
- Handling of PDAs.
- Proficiency in office automation, good handling of Excel.
- Have your own vehicle.
- Experience in team management is valued.
- Valuable intermediate English level.
- Experience in the logistics sector.
- Handling of PDAs.
