Provide support to the short-term rental department in administrative tasks, contributing to the proper functioning of the area and ensuring efficient management of internal processes.

What you'll do

Main duties

Support the creation of opportunities and the assignment of fleet equipment to clients.

Provide administrative support in the preparation of contracts and coordination of equipment transport (delivery notes and related documentation).

Collaborate in organizing equipment deliveries and pickups, coordinating with the sales team and the area manager.

Participate in the control and updating of rental planning and equipment maintenance.
