Customer Service Commercial Manager / Sales Point Support

We are looking for an important energy services company, with national and international scope, for its offices located in Córdoba, for a (1) Commercial Manager who can provide support at the point of sale.

Duties:

In-person customer service at the commercial office.

• Handling complaints, billing, social bonuses, and incidents.

• Cross-selling of energy products, services, and telephony.

• Marketing of air conditioning and heating equipment.

• Recruiting external partners (calls, mailings, visits...).

What we offer

. Stable contract: initial 6 months through a temporary employment agency with possibility of continuity

. Base salary €18,500/year gross + commissions with no maximum limit

. Competitive compensation with commissions from the first sale, which can double the base salary

EUR 18,500 per year

. Full-time, 40 hours per week

. Schedule Monday to Friday, 8 hours from 8:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m.

. Location Ronda de Tejares, Córdoba

Buscamos para importante compañía de servicios de energía, con ámbito nacional e internacional, para sus oficinas ubicadas en Córdoba , (1) Gestor/a Comercial que pueda dar soporte en el punto de venta.

Funciones:

Atención presencial al cliente en oficina comercial.

• Gestión de reclamaciones, facturación, bonos sociales e incidencias.

• Venta cruzada de productos energéticos, servicios y telefonía.

• Comercialización de equipos de climatización y calefacción.

• Captación de colaboradores externos (llamadas, mailing, visitas…).

Se ofrece

. Contrato estable: inicial 6 meses ETT con posibilidad de continuidad

. Salario Base 18500€/ b anual + comisiones sin límite máximo

. Retribución competitiva con comisiones desde la primera venta, que pueden duplicar salario base
