The role

For an important company in the energy sector, in the Málaga area, we need to bring on board a commercial advisor and customer service representative to carry out the following tasks:

In-person customer service at the commercial office.
Management of complaints, billing, social tariffs, and incidents.
Cross-selling of energy products, services, and telephony.
Commercialization of air conditioning and heating equipment.
Acquisition of external collaborators (calls, mailing, visits, etc.).
Among other tasks inherent to the job position.

Requirements

Previous experience in customer service or sales.
We are looking for a dynamic and versatile person.
Computer skills.
Residence near the workplace is valued.
