Pay & benefits

What you'll get

Contract type: Permanent
Work mode: On-site with the possibility of remote work.
Schedule: Part-time (30 hours) from Monday to Sunday
Hours: Monday to Friday from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. Saturdays from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. and Sundays from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. (remote

work mode). Rotating shifts apply with two days off per week.

Location: Avinguda Diagonal (Barcelona)
Salary: €20,751.82 — + Saturday Bonus, in 12 payments

What you'll do

Answer calls and messages, ensuring the patient always schedules an appointment.
Offer additional services and promotions to the client (cross-selling or upselling)
Ensure appointment closing, providing clear and persuasive information.
Manage inquiries about treatments and prices with empathy and professionalism.
Collaborate with the commercial team to achieve sales targets.
Close sales of the clinic's services or products.
Provide information about treatments based on the patient's needs.
