The role

Temps, a leading talent management and services company, is looking to recruit kitchen professionals to join the team of a prestigious sports stadium in Madrid. If you have a passion for gastronomy, demonstrable experience, and are looking for a dynamic and exciting environment, this is your opportunity!

We are looking for Cooks and Station Chefs with at least 2 years of experience to join our team at an important sports stadium located in Madrid. You will be responsible for the preparation and presentation of various dishes, ensuring maximum quality and customer satisfaction throughout the season. This position requires a great capacity for teamwork, adaptability, and a strong commitment to culinary excellence.

What you'll do

Preparation and production of food according to established recipes and standards.
Management and supervision of a specific kitchen station (for Station Chefs).
Inventory control, raw material ordering, and stock management.
Ensuring compliance with food hygiene and safety regulations (HACCP).
Collaboration with the kitchen team to guarantee efficient, high-quality service.
Maintain order and cleanliness in the work area.
Adaptation to different shifts and events.

Requirements

Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Cook or Station Chef.
Solid knowledge of cooking techniques and dish preparation.
Experience in handling professional kitchen machinery.
Ability to work under pressure and in high-volume environments.
Availability to work rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays, according to the sports event schedule.
Organized, proactive person with great attention to detail.
Food handler's certificate (will be positively valued).
Residence in Madrid or nearby areas.
