You will be the key person in the acquisition and sale of properties, acting as a comprehensive advisor for our clients. Your work will be fundamental to the agency's growth, managing the entire lifecycle of the real estate operation.

• Property Acquisition and Sales: Identify business opportunities, contact owners and buyers, and guide them through the entire buying and selling process.
• Comprehensive Advisory: Offer a personalized and high-quality service, understanding the needs of each client and providing tailored solutions.
• Marketing and Promotion: Use technological tools and social media strategically for the effective promotion of properties and the generation of qualified leads.
• Administrative Support: Perform basic administrative tasks, including drafting and signing contracts, managing documentation, and providing general support in the operational process.
• Customer Management: Maintain proactive follow-up of leads, manage and build loyalty within the client portfolio, ensuring fluid and constant communication.
• Negotiation and Closing: Lead negotiations regarding sales conditions and the closing of operations, always seeking mutual benefit and client satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work in close collaboration with the team to share knowledge, achieve common commercial objectives, and contribute to the overall success of the agency.

• Direct hiring by the company.
• Contract: Self-employed.
• Schedule: Fully flexible, adapted to your availability and that of your clients. The agency's hours are from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm, but you set your own working day.
• Commissions: Attractive commission system based on performance.

• Self-employed professional or with availability to register as self-employed.
• Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Proven ability to generate leads, close deals, and achieve sales targets.
• Knowledge of the local real estate market.

• Proactivity, autonomy, and the ability to work independently.
• Flexibility to adapt to a dynamic work environment.
• Proficiency in basic computer tools (Microsoft Office).
• Driver's license and own vehicle (desirable).
