Requirements

What we're looking for

Sales experience, preferably in the real estate sector.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and customer service skills.
Dynamic, proactive, organized, and results-oriented person.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good rapport with clients and owners.
Knowledge of current urban leasing regulations or willingness to learn them.
Driving license and own vehicle (car or motorcycle).

What you'll get

We offer;

Full-time
Schedule from Monday to Thursday from 8:00 to 13:30 and from 16:00 to 19:00, and Friday from 8:00 to 14:00.
€19,000 gross annual salary + commissions

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for:

Manage and market our portfolio of rental properties.
Assist and advise people interested in renting.
Organize and conduct property viewings.
Follow up on operations until the rental is closed.
Acquire new properties to expand our portfolio.
Manage requests and follow up with candidates.
Coordinate with the administration and rental management department.

How you'll work

Contract via ETT (Temporary Employment Agency) + integration into the company, with the possibility of a direct contract with the company.
