What you'll get

Fixed salary: approximately €700 - €800 gross per month.

Commissions: €1,000 for each sale completed, according to the conditions established by the company.

The role

At Ananda ETT, we are selecting a Real Estate Sales Representative for the acquisition of properties for a company in the real estate sector.

We are looking for a person with commercial skills, initiative, and a results orientation, who will be in charge of identifying and acquiring properties for their subsequent sale.

What you'll do

Functions:

Acquisition of properties from private individuals for incorporation into the real estate agency's property portfolio.

Contact with owners interested in selling their homes.

Negotiation and follow-up with owners to achieve the acquisition of the properties.

Registration and updating of information relating to the acquired properties.

Coordination with the sales team in charge of managing the subsequent sales operations.

Important: the position focuses exclusively on property acquisition. The management of subsequent sales and rentals will be the responsibility of other colleagues at the real estate agency.

How you'll work

Working conditions

Working day: part-time, Monday to Friday.

Schedule: from 9:30 to 13:30 h (20 hours per week).
