What you'll do

Preventive maintenance:

  • Monitor the correct operation of machines (noises, vibrations...)
  • Carry out scheduled maintenance to minimize the risk of breakdowns (belt changes, motors, bearings, lubrication...).
  • Develop improvement proposals to make preventive maintenance as efficient as possible.

Corrective maintenance:

  • Repair of electrical, mechanical, pneumatic and hydraulic faults.
  • Locate faults and diagnose problems.
  • Report the repaired fault to the supervisor and colleagues.
  • Support colleagues in various tasks.
  • Organize the spare parts warehouse and keep track of the spare parts used.

Line adjustment:

  • Adjust line parameters to optimize line operation.
  • Observe line operation to detect the sources of unproductivity/waste and resolve them.
