Pay & benefits

What you'll get

• Job stability: permanent contract after 6 months of hiring through a temporary agency (ETT)

• Gross Annual Base Salary €18,500, hourly breakdown €10.27/h (approx. €1,640/month) + commissions from the very first commercial transaction.

• Competitive remuneration: commissions from the first sale and uncapped, which can double the fixed salary (from approx. €700, without limit).

• Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8 rotating hours, between 8:30 AM and 6:30 PM

• Initial and ongoing training provided by the company.

What you'll do

• In-person customer service in a commercial office (high footfall).

• Resolution of doubts, claims, and management of procedures (billing, social bonuses, incidents…).

• Acquisition and cross-selling of energy products, telephony services, and climate control solutions.

• Consultative selling, with the possibility of making calls, commercial follow-up, and sending proposals by email.
