The role

At Temps, we are looking for an experienced head chef under an indefinite contract
What you'll do
- Preparation and production of the cold and hot stations.
- Maintenance and control of stock.
- Compliance with quality protocols and the preservation of perishable foods.
- Ensuring the necessary resources for the fulfillment of the objectives set for the station.
- Optimization of expenses.
EMPLOYMENT
Permanent contract
40 hours per week distributed from Mon-Sun and holidays from 9:00 to 17:00 with Tuesdays and Wednesdays off.
In July, the schedule is from 8:00 to 16:00, Monday to Friday.
Salary: 28,000 gross euros per year plus 2,000 euros in variable pay.
Location San Sebastián de los Reyes
REQUIREMENTS
