Junior Data Protection Lawyer

We are looking for a Legal Profile – Data Protection for an important multinational company

Duties:

• Management of personal data requests — Full processing of the ARCO rights of the client and group companies.
• Mailbox management — Review, classification, and handling of emails related to data protection.
• GDPR complaint management — Handling and resolution of complaints related to compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation.
• LOPDGDD breach management — Identification, analysis, and processing of possible personal data incidents or breaches.
• Preparation of monthly reports — Preparation of follow-up reports on the activity carried out during the month.
• Client communication and reporting — Ongoing communication with the client, activity reporting, and incident resolution.

Annual gross salary of EUR 17,574

EUR 17,574 per year

Remote work: 50%

Legal profile.

Minimum experience: 1–2 years of demonstrable experience in Data Protection.

Education: Degree in Law.

Languages: Spanish (excellent) and Catalan desirable

Funciones:

• Gestión de solicitudes de datos personales — Tramitación completa de los Derechos ARCO del cliente y de las empresas del grupo.
• Gestión de buzones — Revisión, clasificación y atención de los correos relacionados con protección de datos.
• Gestión de reclamaciones GDPR — Atención y resolución de reclamaciones vinculadas al cumplimiento del Reglamento General de Protección de Datos.
• Gestión de vulneraciones LOPDGDD — Identificación, análisis y tramitación de posibles incidentes o vulneraciones de datos personales.
• Elaboración de informes mensuales — Preparación de informes de seguimiento sobre la actividad realizada durante el mes.
• Comunicación y reporte al cliente — Comunicación continua con el cliente, reporte de actividad y resolución de incidencias.

Salario bruto anual 17.574 euros
