Farm Worker

• No previous experience in pig farms is necessary, although it will be valued.
• Driving license B and own vehicle to access the workplace.
• Preferably residing in the Belchite, Zaragoza area or nearby towns.
• Responsible, committed person with the ability to work as part of a team.
• Interest in learning and developing professionally in the sector.

At Temps, we are looking for three workers to join a pig farm located in Belchite (Zaragoza), to work in the sow and rearing phases.

Main functions

• Daily handling of sows in their rearing, insemination, gestation, and maternity phases.
• Feeding and supervision of the health status and welfare of the animals, following established protocols.
• Monitoring of births and care for sows and piglets during the lactation phase.
• Carrying out routine piglet handling tasks in accordance with the procedures established at the farm.
• Order, cleaning, disinfection, and maintenance of the facilities, strictly complying with the biosecurity protocols established by the company.
• Detection and communication of any incident related to animal health or the facilities to the farm manager.
• Collaboration with the rest of the team to guarantee the correct functioning of the farm and compliance with production and animal welfare standards.

• Standard schedule from 7:00 to 15:00.
• On weekend shifts, the schedule will be from 7:00 to 13:30.
• Rotation system that includes work on weekends and holidays according to the roster. After working the weekend, the corresponding rest period is taken.
