Farm Worker

You will join our team in pig farms located in Osona and Lluçanès, directly contributing to the welfare and care of the animals in all productive phases.

Your main duties will be:

• Constantly checking the condition of the animals to ensure their welfare.

• Collaborating in the group’s production process: breeding, gestation, lactation, transition and weaning.

• Caring for the animals: feeding, vaccination and cleaning of the facilities.

• Moving the animals when necessary.

You will work in a stable rural environment where responsibility, constancy, and respect for animals are essential.

We are looking for a committed, methodical person with a respectful and responsible attitude towards working with animals.

We would like you to bring:

• Basic or intermediate education (ESO or Vocational Training).

• Highly valued: training in veterinary, animal welfare and/or biology.

• Valued: knowledge of the pig reproductive cycle and/or previous experience as a farm caretaker.

• Experience in livestock environments or in animal management.

• Knowledge of basic hygiene and biosecurity protocols.

T’incorporaràs al nostre equip en explotacions porcines ubicades a Osona i al Lluçanès, contribuint directament al benestar i cura dels animals en totes les fases productives.

Les teves funcions principals seran:

• Revisar de manera constant l’estat dels animals per garantir-ne el benestar.

• Col·laborar en el procés productiu del grup: cubrició, gestació, lactància, transició i destete.

• Atendre els animals: alimentació, vacunació i neteja de les instal·lacions.

• Realitzar el trasllat dels animals quan sigui necessari.

Treballaràs en un entorn rural i estable, on la responsabilitat, la constància i el respecte pels animals són essencials.

Busquem una persona compromesa, metòdica i amb una actitud respectuosa i responsable davant el treball amb animals.

Ens agradaria que aportessis:

• Formació bàsica o mitjana (ESO o Cicle Formatiu).

• Molt valorable formació en veterinària, benestar animal i/o biologia.

• Valorable coneixement del cicle reproductiu porcí i/o experiència prèvia com a cuidador/a de granja.

• Experiència en entorns ramaders o en la gestió d’animals.

• Coneixement de protocols bàsics d’higiene i bioseguretat.
