- Salary: €25,500 gross annual + €400 monthly bonus.
- 3-month temporary contract + transition to permanent staff.

👌 YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily operations, leading teams to meet production, quality, and KPI objectives, ensuring compliance with standards, and monitoring the accuracy and efficiency of package sorting.
- Supervise teams of more than 80 operators and 5 dispatchers per shift, fostering collaboration through effective communication.
- Evaluate and optimize package sorting processes, implementing improvements to reduce errors and increase operational efficiency.
- Maintain quality control and audit records, preparing periodic reports with findings and conclusions for the operations team.
