Logistics Shift Manager

What are we looking for?

• Demonstrable previous experience performing management/leadership functions in logistics or industrial environments.
• Education: Engineering (Industrial, Organization, Logistics) or a Higher Level Vocational Training degree of a technical nature will be valued very favorably.
• Languages: Bilingual in Catalan and Spanish (B1 level of English is valued).
• Tools: Proficiency in the Office suite and experience with WMS / SGA (AS400, Exceed, PL/SQL, etc.).
• Key skills: Analytical capacity, critical vision, results orientation, stress management, team leadership, and high adaptability.
• Own vehicle is indispensable for commuting to the workplace in Maçanet de la Selva.
• Availability to work in rotating Morning and Afternoon shifts.

We are looking for a Warehouse Shift Manager to organize, manage, and optimize all personnel and technical resources assigned to their shift.

What will your mission be?

• Ensure compliance with daily planning, guaranteeing process continuity with high standards of quality, productivity, stock control, and safety.

Your main duties:

• Operational Management and KPIs: Control the global operations of the warehouse, monitor KPIs, detect deviations, and implement corrective measures.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and direct Section Managers, Team Leaders, and shift personnel, fostering an efficient and safe working environment.
• Cross-functional Coordination: Work side by side with the Planning, Customer Service, Transport, Quality, and HR departments.
• Automated Warehouse: Manage and control the production of the automated warehouse, coordinating with Maintenance in case of incidents in automated systems.
• Safety and Prevention: Ensure rigorous compliance with OHS regulations, the environment, and action protocols.
