What we're looking for
- Minimum experience of at least 1 year in a similar warehouse and team management position.
- A Vocational Training Cycle or High School Diploma is required (it will be positively valued if it is related to Logistics and/or Social Integration)
- Immediate start.

The role
We need to hire a SPECIALIST WAREHOUSE OPERATIVE for a warehouse located in Getafe.
What you'll do
- Coordinate and manage a team (2-3 people)
- Start and supervise activity to ensure that quality standards and established production objectives are met.
- Attend to unforeseen events and emergencies that arise during the shift.
- Carrier management
- Administrative tasks, such as managing INFOLOG, production charts, etc.
- Conduct communication briefings for the shift staff.
- Monitor and promote occupational health and safety
- Inform the project manager of any incidents.
- Participate in continuous improvement projects
- Inform their supervisor and the UNAP team of absences, incidents, or behaviors of the people on their shift.
- Identify training needs that favor the transition of their team members to the ordinary company.
- Any other task assigned by the project manager
How you'll work
- Work in a temperature-controlled chamber at 4-6ºC
- Permanent contract directly with the company (professional stability)
- Working day: Full-time
- Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating shift, 15 days morning shift (7 to 15) and 15 days afternoon shift (15 to 23) + 2 Saturdays per month and some holidays.
