Requirements

What we're looking for

Master's degree in OSH is Mandatory

• Specific vocational training in OSH or similar (Master's degree)

• Training in ISO 9001 is essential (minimum 40h)

• Training in Integrated Quality, Safety, and Environmental Management

• "Advanced" knowledge of the Office suite: Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

• Minimum experience of 1-3 years in a similar position.

Nice to have

• Experience working with management software or ERP (Business Central) will be valued

• A medium-high level of French and/or English will be valued.

The role

At Temps, we are looking for a Junior Quality and OSH Technician to join a metal sector company with 30 years of experience, located in the city of transport, where their potential lies in their people and their professionalism. They have projects all over the world and their challenge is to continue growing as a market reference.

What you'll do

• Preparation and monitoring of construction site safety plans.

• Opening of workplaces and setting up the subcontracting book.

• Document management for the company and workers for site access.

• Document management and control of documentation for subcontracted companies.

• Management and control of PPE and assembly equipment.

• Management with the prevention service (risk assessment, medical check-ups, training).

• Management with the mutual insurance company (accidents, investigations, sick leave, …)

ISO 9001:2015 Management and maintenance (Audits, reports, indicators, customer satisfaction surveys, non-conformities, preventive/corrective actions, equipment maintenance, …)

• ISO 14001 Management and maintenance (Audits, certifications, maintenance and monitoring of ISO processes…)

C. COMPETENCIES

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Extensive knowledge and use of office applications.

• Developed skills for numbers and mathematical calculations.

• Good organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize to establish what must be attended to with greater or lesser urgency.

• Ability and good disposition to work in a team. Keep in mind that your work will always depend on others, but also vice versa.

• Communication skills, especially written. This will be necessary to draft the required reports with clarity and conciseness.

• Proactive, dynamic person, favorable to change and business improvement.

OTHER

• Driver's license and availability of a vehicle.
