Junior Quality Technician

At Temps, we are looking for a Junior Quality and Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join a company in the metal sector with 30 years of experience, located in the transport city, where its potential lies in its people and their professionalism. Occupational Risk Prevention duties

• Preparation and monitoring of site safety plans.

• Opening of work centers and activation of the subcontracting logbook.

• Document management for the company and workers to access sites.

• Document management and control of documentation for subcontractor companies.

• Management and control of PPE and assembly equipment.

• Coordination with the prevention service (risk assessments, medical examinations, training).

• Coordination with the mutual insurance company (accidents, investigations, sick leave, etc.)

Quality duties

Management and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 (Audits, reports, indicators, customer satisfaction surveys, non-conformities, preventive/corrective actions, equipment maintenance, etc.)

• Management and maintenance of ISO 14001 (Audits, certifications, maintenance and monitoring of ISO processes...)

• Mandatory Master's in Occupational Risk Prevention

Requirements

A. EDUCATION

• Specific vocational training in Occupational Risk Prevention or similar (Master's degree)

• ISO 9001 training is essential (minimum 40 hours)

• Training in Integrated Management of Quality, Safety and the Environment

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

B. EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.

C. SKILLS

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Extensive knowledge and handling of office applications.

• Well-developed skills with numbers and mathematical calculations.

• Good organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize to determine what should be addressed with greater or lesser urgency.

• Ability and willingness to work as part of a team. Keep in mind that your work will always depend on that of others, but also the other way around.

• Communication skills, especially written. This will be necessary to clearly and concisely draft the required reports.

• A proactive, dynamic person, open to change and business improvement.

OTHER REQUIREMENTS

• Driver's license and availability of a vehicle.

• Experience working with management software or ERP (Business Central) will be valued.

• An intermediate-high level of French and/or English will be valued.

Funciones de Prevención y Riesgos laborales

• Elaboración y seguimiento de planes de seguridad de obras.

• Apertura de centros de trabajo y habilitación libro de subcontratación.

• Gestión documental de empresa y trabajadores para acceso obras.

• Gestión documental y control de documentación de empresas subcontratadas.

• Gestión, y control de EPI’s y equipaciones del montaje.

• Gestión con servicio de prevención (evaluación riesgos, reconocimientos médicos, formación).

• Gestión con mutua (accidentes, investigaciones, bajas, …)

Funciones de Calidad

Gestión y mantenimiento ISO 9001:2015 (Auditorías, informes, indicadores, encuestas de satisfacción de clientes, no conformidades, acciones preventivas/correctivas, mantenimiento equipos, …)

• Gestión y mantenimiento ISO 140001 (Auditorías, certificaciones, mantenimiento y seguimiento de procesos ISO…)

• Obligatorio Máster de PRL

Requisitos

A. FORMACION

• Formación profesional específica en PRL o similar (Máster)

• Imprescindible formación en ISO 9001 (mínimo 40h)

• Formación en Gestión Integrada de la Calidad, la Seguridad y el Medio Ambiente

• Conocimientos «avanzados» del paquete office: Excel, Word y PowerPoint.

B. EXPERIENCIA

• Experiencia mínima de 1-3 años en puesto similar.

C. COMPETENCIAS

• Habilidades analíticas y atención al detalle.

• Amplio conocimiento y manejo de aplicaciones ofimáticas.

• Habilidades desarrolladas para los números y las cuentas matemáticas.

• Buenas capacidades de organización y gestión del tiempo, así como de jerarquización de prioridades para establecer qué debe atenderse con mayor o menor urgencia.

• Capacidad y buena disposición para trabajar en equipo. Ten en cuenta que tu trabajo siempre dependerá del de otros, pero también a la inversa.

• Habilidades de comunicación, sobre todo escrita. Será necesaria para redactar con claridad y concisión los informes necesarios.

• Persona proactiva, dinámica, favorable al cambio y mejora empresarial.

OTROS

• Carnet de conducir y disponibilidad de vehículo.

• Se valorará experiencia de trabajar con software de gestión o ERP (Business Central)

• Se valorará nivel medio-alto de francés y/o inglés.
