About the role

At Temps, we are looking for a Junior Quality and Occupational Risk Prevention Technician to join a company in the metal sector with 30 years of experience, located in the transport city, where its potential lies in its people and their professionalism. What you'll do

Occupational Risk Prevention duties

• Preparation and monitoring of site safety plans.

• Opening of work centers and activation of the subcontracting logbook.

• Document management for the company and workers to access sites.

• Document management and control of documentation for subcontractor companies.

• Management and control of PPE and assembly equipment.

• Coordination with the prevention service (risk assessments, medical examinations, training).

• Coordination with the mutual insurance company (accidents, investigations, sick leave, etc.)

Quality duties

Management and maintenance of ISO 9001:2015 (Audits, reports, indicators, customer satisfaction surveys, non-conformities, preventive/corrective actions, equipment maintenance, etc.)

What we're looking for

Requirements

A. EDUCATION

• Specific vocational training in Occupational Risk Prevention or similar (Master's degree)

• ISO 9001 training is essential (minimum 40 hours)

• Training in Integrated Management of Quality, Safety and the Environment

• Advanced knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite: Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

B. EXPERIENCE

• Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in a similar position.

C. SKILLS

• Analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Extensive knowledge and handling of office applications.

• Well-developed skills with numbers and mathematical calculations.

• Good organizational and time management skills, as well as the ability to prioritize to determine what should be addressed with greater or lesser urgency.
