You will work directly on the identification and attraction of professionals who will participate in strategic building, infrastructure and railway projects, collaborating with business heads and technical managers in key processes for the company.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for managing recruitment processes from start to finish for technical and specialized positions:
✅ Recruitment of Civil Engineering, Building, Engineering, Architecture and related profiles.
✅ Posting and optimization of job offers.
✅ Direct talent sourcing through sourcing tools and headhunting.
✅ Competency-based interviews and candidate evaluation.
✅ Preparation of reports and presentation of finalists to managers.
✅ Participation in decision-making alongside area managers.
✅ Negotiation of conditions and closing of hires.
✅ Support in onboarding and integration processes.
