The role
What you'll do
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance of the hotel's electrical installations.
- Inspect and maintain electrical panels, lighting, sockets, mechanisms, wiring, and electrical systems.
- Perform maintenance and repair of interior and exterior lighting systems.
- Attend to maintenance incidents and reports, guaranteeing an agile and efficient response.
- Collaborate in the maintenance of general hotel equipment and installations: air conditioning, pumps, motors, extraction systems, and other electromechanical equipment.
- Support the assembly, replacement, and commissioning of electrical equipment.
- Record and monitor maintenance actions and incidents.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards, occupational risk prevention, and electrical regulations.
- Ground Preparation and Cleaning: Perform clearing and cleaning tasks on plots.
- Maintenance and Pruning: Execution of formative, sanitary, and shaping pruning of the trees and native vegetation in the surrounding countryside.
- Irrigation Systems Support: Collaboration in the installation, trenching, assembly, and subsequent maintenance/repair of the golf course's automated irrigation network.
- Machinery Handling: Safely operate specific tools and machinery (brush cutters, chainsaws, hedge trimmers, blowers, and small earth-moving machinery).
- Tuning up: Support the Greenkeeping team in seeding, top-dressing, and initial lawn care.
