At this time, an important company in the food sector located in the Santa Margarida i els Monjos area needs to incorporate personnel with experience in telesales.

• Take and process orders accurately, invoice, and perform various administrative tasks.
• Contact customers to inform them about a product.
• Enter and update customer information in the database.
• Keep records of all calls and sales, as well as note useful information.

• Rotating schedule, morning shift Monday to Friday from 08:00 to 16:00 and afternoon shift Sunday to Friday from 15:00 to 22:00

We are looking for a person with a proactive, enthusiastic, and responsible attitude.

• Demonstrable experience in telesales or in another customer service or sales position.
• Good proficiency in basic Office and relevant telephone systems.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to resolve problems and handle complaints.
• Residence in the Penedès or Garraf regions.
• Vehicle to access the workplace
