An important metal parts machining company for the aeronautical sector is looking for a lathe operator

What you'll do
complete repair and first-piece setup in 3, 4, or 5-axis CNC.
• Dimensional verification and quality control with precision instruments.
• Mastery in interpreting complex blueprints, metrology, and precision adjustments.
• Ability to prepare, set up, and defend complex aeronautical part series in 5-axis machining centers.
• Optimization of cutting parameters and machining conditions.
• Definition of machining strategies and process improvement.
• Support to the team in simple/medium industrialization and associated technical documentation.
How you'll work
ROTATING 8 HRS. Morning (6:00h-14:00h) afternoon (14:00-22:00h) night (22:00h-6:00H). (With a small overlap between shifts)
Requirements
- Driver's license and own vehicle.
- Preferable residence in the Corredor del Henares or Guadalajara (maximum 20-30 minutes).
- Availability to work in rotating shifts. Rotating shifts for operators: Morning, afternoon, and night. Rotating shifts for setup/adjuster: Morning and afternoon.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in CNC machining of metal parts.
