Requirements
What we're looking for
- Minimum experience of 6 months to 1 year operating CNC lathes.
- Vocational training in Machining, Mechanical Production or similar (FPI/FPII) is valued.
- Responsible person, with the ability to interpret drawings and attention to detail.
- Driver's license and own vehicle to access the workplace.
- Availability for immediate incorporation.

- Rotating shifts from Monday to Friday: mornings (6:00 - 14:00) and afternoons (14:00 - 22:00)

The role
At Grupo CRIT, we are selecting several CNC Turners to join a major company specializing in engineering and precision machining located in Leganés.
What you'll do
- Start up and operate the CNC lathe.
- Load programs and prepare the machine.
- Mount and secure the workpieces.
- Perform machining according to drawings.
- Measure and verify dimensions with basic tools.
- Adjust simple parameters to ensure quality.
- Keeping the work area clean and orderly.
