The role

We are seeking an experienced and operationally minded Corporate Offsites & Travel Manager to lead our regional internal meetings, executive dinners, and global corporate travel program. In this role, you will be responsible for planning and executing recurring department offsites (~30-50 attendees), managing curated corporate dinners, and governing our day-to-day relationship with our 3rd-party Travel Management Company (TMC).

You will design scalable "Meeting-in-a-Box" playbooks to streamline internal offsites while ensuring high traveler satisfaction, policy compliance, and operational efficiency across our global footprint.

What you'll do

  1. External & VIP Event Travel Support

Serve as the dedicated travel and booking focal point for all flagship and VIP events produced by the External Events team.

Oversee room block commitments, flight manifests, and VIP ground transfers for keynote speakers, executive guests, and attendees.

Coordinate white-glove, high-touch travel arrangements for executive leadership and special guests during major external functions.

Own end-to-end planning, venue sourcing, and logistics for regional department offsites.

Curate high-touch private dining experiences and executive venues for corporate dinners.

Develop, standardize, and maintain repeatable "playbooks" and self-service guidelines so internal team leads can execute smaller meetings with operational consistency.

Manage vendor contracts, catering, room blocks, and ground transport for all gatherings.

Serve as the primary operational owner for our 3rd-party Travel Management Company (TMC).

Monitor agency Service Level Agreements (SLAs), online booking tool (OBT) adoption, traveler support responsiveness, and policy compliance.

Oversee corporate travel policy updates, travel safety/duty-of-care frameworks, and travel profile administration.

Partner with the Travel & Logistics Coordinator to ensure seamless handling of group airfare, room block releases, and executive escalations.

Partner with the Event & Travel Finance Lead to track budget actuals, audit TMC billing feeds, and manage purchase orders.

Gather post-event feedback and analyze travel data to continuously optimize offsite playbooks and corporate travel experiences.

Directly manage, mentor, and oversee day-to-day tasks for the Travel & Logistics Coordinator and supporting event staff.

Coordinate workload distribution across team members to manage overlapping offsite schedules, peak conference travel rosters, and VIP travel requests.

Set performance goals, conduct reviews, and foster professional development within the travel and offsite operations pod.
