About the program
The Young Talent Program of Thales Alenia Space in Spain is oriented towards the development of its participants, offering them a full-time, paid internship of 1 year - a unique graduate entry-level opportunity. You will enjoy:
- 70% "on-the-job" experiences (real projects and responsibilities)
- 20% learning through feedback and relationships (networking, mentorship, coaching)
- 10% formal training.
This dual approach lets you combine practical experience with personal and professional development, helping you build your career from day one.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (or currently enrolled in the final year) in Telecommunications, Computer Science, Physics, Electronics, Mathematics, Industrial, Chemical or Aerospace Engineering, Psychology, Labour Relations, Business Administration, Marketing, Occupational Risk Prevention, or similar fields.
- High level of English and Spanish (other languages are a plus).
- Availability to join in September 2026.
- Motivation, initiative, ability to manage complex projects, international experience, and extracurricular achievements will be highly valued.
- Prior internships, volunteering, or exchange programs are a plus.
