Production Operator

Due to an increase in activity, we are looking for a Production Operator, based in Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. As part of the Production Team, you will be responsible for:

• Operating production equipment used in SIM card and SMD manufacturing processes, in accordance with the production plan and production orders.

• Acting flexibly and multi-functionally, being able to operate Smart Lines, SMD machines, and personalization or labeling equipment, according to your level of training and certification.

• Strictly complying with quality, productivity, safety, and HSE standards, following established procedures and operational standards.

• Performing set-ups, basic operational adjustments, and format changes on assigned machines during the shift.

• Ensuring the correct execution of production orders in the quantity, quality, and time required by each customer.

• Performing quality and safety self-checks, verifying vision systems, process parameters, and the status of the product in process.

• Correctly recording production data, traceability, and checks in the defined computer systems.

• Complying with and applying ESD, physical safety, and information security standards, ensuring the protection of products and classified information.

• Maintaining order and cleanliness in the work area, applying 5S principles and good industrial practices.

• Actively participating in training, retraining, and certification plans for new machines or processes.

• Promptly reporting any process deviation, quality issue, safety concern, or equipment malfunction.

• Supporting basic preventive maintenance activities and executing defined operational checklists.

• Contributing ideas and suggestions for the continuous improvement of processes, work methods, and safety.

• Previous experience with Smart Lines, card personalization processes, or SMD production.

• Knowledge of equipment such as Smart Line, Exatron, ISMECA, MPR, Raduscar, or similar.

• Technical training in electronics, mechatronics, or industrial maintenance.

• Experience in environments with high quality, traceability, and safety requirements (telecom, automotive, electronics).

• Basic knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, 5S, or continuous improvement.

• Minimum education: Completed secondary education or high school diploma.

• Previous experience operating industrial machinery,
  preferably in automated environments.

Debido a un aumento en la actividad, estamos buscando un/a Operario/a de Producción, con sede en Parets del Vallès, Barcelona. Como parte del Equipo de Producción, serás responsable de:

• Operar equipos de producción utilizados en procesos de fabricación de tarjetas SIM y SMD, de acuerdo con el plan de producción y las órdenes de producción.

• Actuar de forma flexible y polivalente, pudiendo operar Smart Lines, máquinas de SMD y equipos de personalización o etiquetadora, conforme a su nivel de capacitación y certificación.

• Cumplir estrictamente los estándares de calidad, productividad, seguridad y HSE, siguiendo los procedimientos y estándares operativos establecidos.

• Realizar set-ups, ajustes operativos básicos y cambios de formato en las máquinas asignadas durante el turno.

• Garantizar la correcta ejecución de las órdenes de producción en cantidad, calidad y plazo requeridos por cada cliente.

• Ejecutar autocontroles de calidad y seguridad, verificando sistemas de visión, parámetros de proceso y estado del producto en proceso.

• Registrar correctamente los datos de producción, trazabilidad y controles en los sistemas informáticos definidos.

• Cumplir y aplicar las normas de ESD, seguridad física y seguridad de la información, asegurando la protección de productos e información clasificada.

• Mantener el orden y la limpieza del área de trabajo, aplicando principios de 5S y buenas prácticas industriales.

• Participar activamente en los planes de capacitación, recapacitación y certificación para nuevas máquinas o procesos.

• Notificar oportunamente cualquier desviación de proceso, problema de calidad, seguridad o funcionamiento del equipo.

• Apoyar actividades de mantenimiento preventivo básico y ejecutar checklist operativos definidos.

• Contribuir con ideas y sugerencias para la mejora continua de los procesos, métodos de trabajo y seguridad

• Experiencia previa en Smart Lines, procesos de personalización de tarjetas o producción SMD.

• Conocimiento de equipos como Smart Line, Exatron, ISMECA, MPR, Raduscar o similares.

• Formación técnica en electrónica, mecatrónica o mantenimiento industrial.

• Experiencia en entornos con altos requisitos de calidad, trazabilidad y seguridad (telecom, automoción, electrónica).

• Conocimiento básico de Lean Manufacturing, 5S o mejora continua.
