Are you looking for new professional challenges?

At The Key Talent, we are looking for a Backend Developer for our Software Development department to help us keep building the best HR SaaS solutions.

What will you do?

Our platforms are well-established in the market and we are ambitious, so you will create new features, build integrations, and have a say in technical decision-making. You will also be able to work on the POCs you want.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and software development. With at least 5 years of backend development experience and knowledge of Python and Django.

Where do we work?

We have offices in Madrid, on Calle Velázquez, and you can come in whenever you want. You can also work remotely whenever you need to. If you live outside Madrid, we will meet twice a year at our corporate events and via Teams.

When do we work?

Our schedule is flexible, but we usually work from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we leave at 3:00 PM. In summer, we leave at 3:00 PM every day.

At The Key Talent, we develop software to help large companies transform the way they recruit and evaluate the talent of their employees and candidates. Our solutions are used by large companies all over the world.

We are a passionate team of HR specialists, psychometricians, software developers, and digital marketing experts. We have offices in Madrid, Barcelona, Costa Rica, Chile, and the Dominican Republic, but we aim to grow much more.

Cloud

We are cloud-based, serverless, highly available, and use load balancers.

You will be part of the Backend team, but you will work with Frontend, UX, Product, and Data analytics colleagues. We work in 2-week sprints that we plan together and refine the backlog as a team, so you will always know what's going on.

We work with Python, Django, GIT, Docker, AWS, among others.

Qué harás

Nuestras plataformas están consolidadas en el mercado y somos ambiciosos, por lo que crearás nuevas funcionalidades, harás integraciones y opinarás e influiras en la toma de decisiones técnicas. Podrás hacer los POCs que quieras.

Buscamos una persona que tenga pasión por la tecnología y el desarrollo de Software. Con mínimo 5 años de experiencia desarrollando backend y con conocimiento en Python y Django.

Dónde curramos

Tenemos oficinas en Madrid, en la calle Velázquez y podrás venir siempre que quieras. También podrás teletrabajar cuando lo necesites. Si vives fuera de Madrid, nos veremos 2 veces al año en nuestro eventos corporativos y por Teams.

Cuándo curramos

Nuestro horario es flexible, pero solemos trabajar entre 9:00 y 19:00 de L - J. Los viernes salimos a las 15:00. En verano, salimos todos los días a las 15:00.

Pertenecerás al equipo de Back, pero trabajarás con compañeros de Front, UX, Producto y Data analytics. Hacemos sprints de 2 semanas que planificamos juntos y refinamos el backlog en equipo, sabrás todo lo que se está cociendo.
