At The Key Talent, we are looking for a Tech Lead for our Software Factory to help us keep building the best HR SaaS solutions.

We are looking for someone who is passionate about technology and software development. With experience managing small development teams, knowledge of DevOps, and technical decision-making, with a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Day to day

You will join the Software team, and your role will focus on the maintenance and development of our top-tier recruitment and talent assessment platforms, used by our partners and local and international clients. We work in 2-week sprints that we plan together and refine the backlog as a team; you will always know what's going on.

What you will do

As a Tech Lead, you will have the autonomy and responsibility to technically lead processes throughout the entire product lifecycle, from architecture, design, development, delivery quality, to production, with an active role in programming. Additionally, you will be a technology reference, bringing new ideas to support strategic decision-making for the company. Team management will also be part of your development.

Where do we work?

We have offices in Madrid, on Calle Velázquez, and you can come in whenever you want. You can also work remotely when you need to. If you live outside Madrid, we will meet twice a year at our corporate events and via Teams.

When do we work?

Our schedule is flexible, but we usually work between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM from Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we leave at 3:00 PM. In summer, we leave at 3:00 PM every day.

Desde The Key Talent estamos buscando un/aTech Lead para nuestra Software Factory para que nos ayude a seguir construyendo los mejores Saas para RRHH.

Buscamos una persona que tenga pasión por la tecnología y el desarrollo de Software. Con experiencia en gestión de equipos pequeños de desarrollo, conocimiento de Devops y toma de decisiones técnicas, con mínimo 5 años de experiencia.

El día a día

Pertenecerás al equipo de Software, y tu rol se centrará en el mantenimiento y desarrollo de nuestras plataformas de reclutamiento y evaluación de talento de primera clase, utilizadas por nuestros partners y clientes locales e internacionales. Hacemos sprints de 2 semanas que planificamos juntos y refinamos el backlog en equipo, sabrás todo lo que se está cociendo.

Qué harás

Como Tech Lead tendrás la autonomía y responsabilidad de liderar técnicamente los procesos en todo el ciclo de vida de producto, desde la arquitectura, diseño, desarrollo, calidad de la entrega y producción, teniendo una participación activa en la programación. Además, ser referente de tecnología, aportando nuevas ideas para la ayuda de toma de decisiones estratégica de la compañía. También, dentro de tu desarrollo estará la gestión de equipos.

Dónde curramos

Tenemos oficinas en Madrid, en la calle Velázquez y podrás venir siempre que quieras. También podrás teletrabajar cuando lo necesites. Si vives fuera de Madrid, nos veremos 2 veces al año en nuestro eventos corporativos y por Teams.

Cuándo curramos

Nuestro horario es flexible, pero solemos trabajar entre 9:00 y 19:00 de L - J. Los viernes salimos a las 15:00. En verano, salimos todos los días a las 15:00.
