Do you want to join a young and dynamic team in a paid internship format?

This role will report to and be part of the Operations team at The Key Talent Software Factory. We develop products for HR processes (recruitment and assessment center). You will be part of the operations team responsible for the Quality Assurance process of the product, collecting feedback and user analytics, and managing incidents.

We offer you the chance to join a young and dynamic team in a paid internship format, as a complement to your training program, participating from day one in the product development workflow.

What you'll do

What responsibilities will you have?

Quality Management: You will test products to ensure our software works properly and detect any errors so the development team can resolve them as quickly as possible.

Analytics: You will provide support in conducting support and product quality analytics.

Basic knowledge of software products, as you will be responsible for operating management tools such as Back Offices.

First-level support for TKT products (Panorama, AplyGo, and Games): responding to partner/client inquiries about the product and managing incidents/feedback.

You must be able to respond immediately to any incident involving any of the products through the ticketing system, in compliance with our SLA.

If an incident requires a technical or product response, you will escalate it to the appropriate team, being responsible for prioritizing, understanding, and describing the issue.

We have offices in Madrid, on Calle Velázquez, and you can come in whenever you want. You can also telework when you need to.

When we work

Our schedule is flexible, but we usually work between 9:00 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday to Thursday. On Fridays, we leave at 3:00 PM. In summer, we leave at 3:00 PM every day.
